We reserve the right to refuse artwork creation if we suspect an image violates copyright laws.

4. Artwork Approval & Production

All custom artwork is based on the images and instructions you provide.

  • You will receive a digital proof upon request.

  • Once artwork is approved or printed, no refunds or changes can be made.

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor differences, lighting, and printing processes.

  • You acknowledge that slight variations are normal and not grounds for refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We accept major credit cards, online payments, and other methods shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

6. Shipping Policy

By purchasing from us, you agree to our shipping terms:

  • Standard shipping: 10–14 days

  • Expedited shipping: + $55

  • Delivery times may vary

  • You must provide accurate shipping information

  • Lost packages or delays caused by incorrect addresses are your responsibility

Because each piece is custom-made:

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

We only offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect image submissions

  • Changes of mind

  • Color differences between digital and printed versions

  • Delays by shipping carriers

All designs, artwork, graphics, text, and content created by Heart Pop Art remain the exclusive property of Heart Pop Art.

We will never use your submitted images in marketing without your explicit consent.
