Processing Time

Because each artwork is custom-designed and printed on demand, production times may vary.

  • Artwork design typically begins once all required images and details are received from the customer.

  • Printing and preparation times may vary based on the size and complexity of the canvas.

We will notify you if any additional information is needed before your artwork can be completed.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes:

📦 10–14 business days

This includes print production time and transit time.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your artwork sooner, we offer expedited shipping.

⚡ Expedited Shipping: +$55

This upgrade speeds up transit time and moves your order to the front of our production queue.

Estimated expedited delivery time may vary, but is generally faster than the 10–14 day standard window. Most people that expedite see their delivery within 3 to 5 days

Shipping Carriers

We work with major carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you need international shipping, please contact us directly so we can check eligibility and provide a custom quote.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Heart Pop Art is not responsible for:

  • Delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned or lost because of incorrect customer information

If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your canvas arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
